Cabin Remodel

This project involved the renovation of a historic 200-year-old log cabin originally relocated from Virginia to Fleetwood, North Carolina in the 1980s. After the covered porch and existing roof system sustained damage, we redesigned and rebuilt the space to improve both durability and function. The project included reconstructing a new 16’ x 22’ pressure-treated deck, building a timber-frame porch roof using Douglas fir timbers, and installing new fascia boards and a standing-seam metal roof.
