We will meet with you on-site to evaluate the land, discuss your goals, and identify any potential challenges or opportunities related to access, topography, utilities, and overall buildability.

From there, we can help guide the planning process, whether that means refining your vision, collaborating with a designer, or assisting with building plans if you do not already have them.

Once plans are finalized, we provide a detailed quote for construction so you can move forward with confidence.

This service is offered for a non-refundable fee, which will be applied toward your initial construction deposit should you choose to build your home with us.
